Vaishnaw, OpenAI CEO Talk Collaborations in Key Meet

Union minister of information & broadcasting and electronics & information technology Ashwini Vaishnaw met OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and discussed India's strategy of creating the entire AI stack - GPUs, model, and apps.
NEW DELHI:
The minister wrote on X that Altman was willing to collaborate with India on all three.
Vaishnaw added that the OpenAI CEO appreciated Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of democratising technology.
During the meeting, Vaishnaw, while referring to the Chandrayaan-3 mission, apprised Altman on how India had sent a mission to the moon at a fraction of the cost that many other countries did.
