GURUGRAM: A 25-year-old woman, whose body was found buried in a soak pit outside her in-laws' home in Faridabad's Roshan Nagar on Friday, was strangled to death by her father-in-law on April 21 while she was asleep, police said on Saturday.
Bhoop Singh, 54, was arrested late Friday and produced before a city court on Saturday. He has been remanded to two days of police custody. During questioning, Singh confessed to the murder, citing a family feud as the primary motive.
