THE much-loved BBC sitcom Outnumbered is returning for a Christmas special, and its child stars are all grown up.
It has been eight years since the Brockman kids and their beleaguered parents were last seen on BBC1.
This time around Pete and Sue have become grandparents, while their offspring are in their 20s.
In the special, the Brockmans have decided to get together to celebrate a traditional family Christmas.
But somehow fate, neighbours, hyenas and replacement bus services get in their way.
Show creators Andy Hamilton and Guy Jenkin have reunited the cast, with Hugh Dennis playing dad Pete and Claire Skinner back as mum Sue.
