JP MORGAN is planning to sue former Barclays boss Jes Staley over his alleged links to paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein.
The investment banking giant claims he "abandoned the interests of JP Morgan Chase and served his own and Epstein's interests".
And it wants "punitive damages" in light of his "outrageous conduct".
Mr Staley worked for JP Morgan for more than 30 years and had a role as a private banker to Epstein before landing the top job at Barclays in 2013.
