Her wisdom is derived from lived experience, having been drained by a professional life in the fast lane during the nascent stages of her career. From one who associated self-care with maintaining one's appearance as a student, she came to see it as a holistic strategy for long-term well-being.
She is now mindful of how her actions and decisions impact her physical, mental, and spiritual health, and builds her self-care routine on the philosophy that rest is necessary in order to journey farther.
