THE TEA EXPERIENCE
Certified tea sommelier Haiya Tarik now takes guests on a voyage to discover the finest Japanese and Chinese teas through HAIYATEA’s Asacha (translates to “tea you have in the morning,” in Japanese) classes. Taste an extensive range of white, green, oolong and Puerh teas, served alongside a Japanese breakfast. Guests can immerse themselves in chayi (“the art of drinking tea”) and cha wenhua (“tea culture”) and find their very own Cha Qi as they sample side-by-side comparisons. Attendees will also learn how to brew the perfect cup at home.
