El cambio tiene que empezar por nosotras, debemos exigir condiciones igualitarias, apoyar a otras mujeres, sobre todo, no permitirnos ser violentadas o agredidas física, sexual ni verbalmente.
En 2023, las mujeres contamos con cientos de leyes que nos protegen, atrás quedaron esos años cuando la lucha feminista exigía el derecho a votar, trabajar o tener propiedad privada. Fueron millones las que lucharon por los privilegios y comodidades con los que hoy contamos. El tema es que la exigencia por la equidad debe continuar.
Hoy, nos toca a nosotras continuar con los muchos pendientes para lograr la igualdad y erradicación de la violencia. Todavía ganamos mucho menos que los hombres por hacer el mismo trabajo y los puestos directivos siguen dominados por ellos. Tenemos que exigir la igualdad salarial: a igual trabajo, igual sueldo.
