BORN TO BE A MOM!

Of the many feathers in her cap, Angie's biggest achievement is being an all-round fabulous mother

BORN TO BE A MOM!

SHE'S been many things in her life: an actor, a producer, a director, a humanitarian, a political activist... the list is long and varied.

Yet there's one role that trumps them all for Angelina Jolie, and that's being a mom. When it comes to her brood of six, Angie is always there for them.

"I see myself as a mom first," she says. "I'm so lucky to have that role in life. The world can like me, hate me or fall apart around me and at least I wake up with my kids and I'm happy."

But those kids are growing fast. Gone are the days when Angie - and Brad Pitt in the good old Brangelina days - used to power through the airports of the world with her half-dozen streaming behind her, clutching snacks, blankies and a variety of soft toys.

Maddox, the tot who started Angelina's love affair with parenthood, has just turned 21, and the babies of the family, twins Knox and Vivienne, are already 14.

Right now, though, the Jolie-Pitt making the news is Zahara - because that sweet tiny girl Angie once toted around her hip is all done with high school and is headed to college.

And her mom couldn't be prouder. As a source close to the family says, "Her kids are her life. Every day is a new adventure."

Her estranged dad, Jon Voight, agrees. "She's a very invested mom," he says. gives them love every second of their day."

Here's how.

SHE DELIGHTS IN THEIR MILESTONES

Zahara (17) will start at Spelman College, one of the US' most esteemed black liberal arts colleges for women when the new school year opens in September.

Sharing the news on Instagram, Angie (47) posted a photo of her daughter and her friends in their college gear.

"Zahara with her Spelman sisters!" she said. "Congratulations to all new students starting this year.

A very special place and an honour to have a family member as a new Spelman girl"
