ACCLAIMED news icon Barbara Walters went to her grave carrying a heavy load of behind-the-scenes feuds and secrets!

The creator and former host of The View — who died Dec. 30 at 93 — lodged secret bitter wars against nearly all of her co-hosts and rival journalists!

“Barbara feuded with a lot of women and she rarely backed down,” spills a source close to the late broadcast legend.

One of the colleagues she hated most was renowned motormouth Rosie O’Donnell, according to a spy who says Barbara ensured the standup comic’s departure from The View by telling ABC Daytime President Brian Frons over dinner in 2007 she would quit “if you re-sign Rosie to this show!”
