|September 2025
When Busworld Europe 2025 opens its doors in Brussels from October 04-09, 2025, it will mark the largest edition in the event's history
For an industry navigating rapid change, electrification, digitalisation, safety and comfort demands, this year's Busworld Europa show promises to be more than just an exhibition. It will be a convergence of technology, policy, and people. Held at Brussels Expo, Busworld has grown its footprint from 75,000 to 82,000 square metres, underscoring both demand and dynamism in the collective passenger transport sector. With 550 exhibitors confirmed and 85 bus and coach builders on board, the event is fully booked. It will showcase city buses, long-distance coaches, midibuses, minibuses, VIP shuttles, autonomous concepts, and all major drivetrain technologies, making it the most comprehensive gathering of the sector yet.
In 2023, the show welcomed 40,000 professional visitors. For 2025, organisers expect even higher footfall, as operators, policymakers, suppliers, and mobility experts gather to view world premieres and benchmark best practices. Reflecting on the show's spirit, Mieke Glorieux, Managing Director of Busworld Europe, summed it up, “It’s not just about the vehicles, the technology or the numbers — it’s about the people. The community we bring together is what defines Busworld. It’s their ideas, partnerships and passion that push the industry and us forward. Yes, you drive us!"
