AT FIRST GLANCE, THE VELOCIFERO Tennis does not look like your typical urban electric scooter. It has a distinctive retro-inspired design blended with quirky modern touches. Let us see how it fares on a classic Bike India test.

Drawing inspiration from classic scooters, the Tennis features a minimalist body with flowing lines and a dual-optic LED headlamp. The five-inch full-colour TFT instrument cluster provides only essential information and allows riders to select from three driving modes: Eco, Comfort, and Sport. With dimensions of 1,900 millimetres in length, 670 mm in width, and 1,100 mm in height, the scooter strikes a balance between agility and road presence. Weighing 88 kilograms, it remains lightweight, enhancing manoeuvrability in city traffic. The overall build quality and the fit and finish of all the parts is well executed.

The Velocifero Tennis offers a comfortable upright riding position, with a wide handlebar and low seat height of 760 mm, making it accessible even to shorter riders. The floorboard is spacious enough for a relaxed leg position, although taller riders might find it a bit cramped over longer commutes.
