“Even book shops and stationery shops are shut in Four Bungalows, Andheri. With schools restarting, especially for CBSE, the non-availability of books and science journals, which even coaching classes have asked for, is turning out to be an issue. Photocopy centres have also been closed,” said an anxious parent.
Hotel and restaurant associations like AHAR, HRAWI and NRAI came together in places like Andheri, Borivli and Mulund to hold silent protests against the Covid-19 curbs on the industry.
