Teo returns to MMA action after a year away

But the Singaporean mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter has left that disappointment in the past and is now raring to go for her first fight after her hiatus.

Teo, 32, will return to action in a strawweight bout against China’s Meng Bo in the One: Heavy Hitters event at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Jan 14.

The rest of the card will be revealed soon.

Teo said yesterday: “I’m always excited to be back in the circle. I haven’t been as active as I would’ve liked to be in the past one year. There were some fight offers but due to certain circumstances, I was not able to accept the fights.”
