POLICE are appealing for witnesses after an incident at a Bonfire Night event in the city which saw an alleged attempted child abduction.
Investigators were alerted to an incident on Plymouth Hoe on Sunday, November 5, during the Bonfire Night event, where a man approached a four-year-old girl and attempted to walk off with her.
