TWO brothers pocketed posh pots and pans when they handled stolen goods among 180 parcels taken from an Amazon delivery van.
Bernard McLean, aged 41, and 35-year-old Michael McLean were caught by police with the cooking items worth £140, a court heard.
A thief had driven off with an unattended van parked in Plymouth containing goods worth about £20,000 – most of them thought to be Christmas presents.
The Liverpudlian brothers were then seen moving Amazon parcels backwards and forwards over several hours over the following day or so.
The McLeans deny having anything to do with the theft more than two years ago and said that they did it for someone else, whom they have refused to name.
