DELUDED Dominic Raab kept his brain firmly in neutral yesterday as a whistleblower blasted his handling of the Afghanistan shambles.
Raphael Marshall, who worked for the Foreign Office during the Taliban takeover, claimed the then Foreign Secretary led a dysfunctional and chaotic evacuation operation.
He claimed Mr Raab, right, was slow to make decisions, took hours to answer emails and did not fully understand the situation.
