A Businessman sat in his car on a busy street with his trousers undone as school children in uniforms walked by.
Civil engineer James Lewis-Booth, 37, claimed he was searching for “a bug” that had bitten him.
But a sheriff rejected his excuse and fined him £1500 for public indecency.
Lewis-Booth went to a top Scottish independent school and has been linked to a string of Scottish companies.
But his life is now in tatters after he was spotted performing a sex act in his car by a man checking if it was bin day. Lewis Brannan, 26, told Stirling Sheriff Court that as he looked out of the window of his flat on Upper Craigs, Stirling, to see if his neighbours had put their recycling out, his attention was drawn to Lewis-Booth’s white Volkswagen Touareg parked in a loading bay.
