A LOTTERY punter almost drove on when he saw roadworks around the garage where he usually buys his tickets.
But something induced night-shift factory-worker Ian Black to find his way in... and now he is £2million richer after hitting a scratchcard jackpot.
He said: “It was 6am and something was just telling me to go in and buy it.
“I sat right there on the forecourt and scratched it. I could not believe what I was seeing.
I let out a scream and drove home at once.
To think I almost didn't go in because of the roadworks.
