Ans) Is a balance of Strength, Stability, Flexibility, Energy-Physically and Mentally.

Ans) No one fitness workout is complete in all aspects; one has to do more than one kind of workout to benefit holistically.
An important awareness you would like to spread through this interview, to the society?
Ans) I feel that it’s important to make modifications to incorporate fitness as a part of your lifestyle and not just a phase of your life.
A major misconception about FITNESS you would love to change, among people ......?
Ans) That weight loss is NOT Fat loss.
How long should an individual devote time for his/her FITNESS , in a week?
Ans) Atleast 30 mins 5 times a week. More the better.
Tell us about your future plans with your career in the FITNESS industry.
Ans) There is so much I want to do... I want to spread my “FIT FOOD” Line of wholesome foods in the Corporate World.
