TAG Heuer and Chris Hemsworth take on Sydney, Australia, for the launch of the new Autavia collection.
IF YOUR NAME is synonymous with that of a superhero character who is part of a record-breaking movie series, one would assume success is in the bag. But the personable Australian actor Chris Hemsworth is not one to rest on his laurels. From Thor, the Marvel character he is most famously recognised for, to the role of Agent H he assumed more recently in “Men in Black: International”, Hemsworth is known to dedicate himself into training extensively for each character he has taken on — much like the time he gained 20 pounds (approx. 9kg) of muscle just for the casting audition of Thor.
Between his acting gigs and life as a father to three children, the muscle-clad actor went on to launch his fitness and wellness app this year called Centr, which offers a one-stop professional guide to anything related to fitness workouts, meal plans and meditation, reinforcing his fitness and sporting reputation. Born and bred in Melbourne, Australia (acclaimed for its water-related sports), Hemsworth also enjoys an occasional good surf — even with his plate already piled high with roles he has to fulfil both onscreen and in life.
