Classical art collides with contemporary artistic genius, birthing a modern masterpiece. Presenting the Masters, a collaboration between Louis Vuitton and artist Jeff Koons

Art Alive

Art is definitely not dead. While the maestros of the classical art world ceased to exist on this mortal plane, their art lives on, immortalised in museums, through songs, and contemporary art like that of Jeff Koons’ work. Surreal, thought-provoking and entirely relatable, Jeff Koons’ contemporary art is a delightfully playful reminder of what it means to be human. Bringing forth the inner child in each of us, his works include a myriad of fanciful items: inflatable flowers, balloon animals (his celebrated balloon rabbit being one), cartoon characters and mirrored surfaces. Koons’ art is a Wonderland trip down the rabbit hole from which you never want to get out of. Needless to say, his art has caught the attention of people worldwide, and is now immortalised not only via the art scene, but also in the world of fashion, thanks to the latest collaboration with Louis Vuitton, that is already available in stores.
