Too many cooks spoil the broth, but not in the case of this eminent Italian household that’s cooking up a storm.
The Missoni family needs no introduction to the fashion circuit. Founded in 1953 by Ottavio and Rosita Missoni the illustrious brand is synonymous with its vibrant knitwear and luxurious home furnishings. A prominent merit of being a part of the industry is mastering the art of entertaining. With every fashion week comes a splash of soirees and exclusive events but there’s nothing quite like an intimate evening of revelry hosted by one of the biggest names in fashion. As the initial founders of the established house took a back- seat, the new generation that took the reigns proved to be equally promising. Angela Missoni, daughter of Rosita and Ottavio decided to spearhead the fashion house, taking it to renewed heights and heralding a refined aesthetic into their womenswear collections.
