Frozen Grapes

“When I want to crush a craving with something healthy, I go for frozen grapes. I keep a stash in the freezer. They are a natural source of antioxidants and other polyphenols. And since they’re frozen, it takes longer to eat them, which helps my craving pass.” —Marisa Moore, RDN, a nutritionist in Atlanta

Prep: Pop grapes in freezer on a sheet pan for 2 to 3 hours. Eat them plain or coated in Greek yogurt, or throw into the blender to make “sorbet.”
