In Office & Retail, Twin Habitat by BASICS sets a benchmark for humanised industrial architecture, proving that warehouses can be adaptive, green, and inspiring. Our Residential Architecture category highlights two homes shaped by emotion and craft: Kodalli’s Happy Place in Bengaluru, a warm yet bold family dwelling, and the beautifully meditative Vault House.
