Candace Cameron Bure is rarely ever seen without her megawatt smile, but that doesn’t mean she hasn’t faced her share of struggles. “Depression has been something on and off in my life,” she tells Woman’s World, a fact she recently opened up about on her Candace Cameron Bure Podcast.
“I shared about it during the episode on sadness,” the beloved Great American Family star explains. “It’s been surprising to talk about my experiences, but also liberating. Hearing feedback from people thanking me for sharing encourages me most.”
That openheartedness is something the 48-year-old mom of three is focusing on for the holiday season. “I celebrate all of November and December!” she shares. Read on for Candace’s secrets to meeting each day with confidence and a happy heart.
