
Green beans with almonds and mustard
Fresh and zingy, this quick bean dish adds a burst of colour to the table.
1 Boil the beans in salted water for 2-3 mins until just tender. Drain, then refresh under cold water.
2 Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large frying pan and add the almonds. Cook, stirring, for 5-6 mins until golden and toasted. Add the shallot and cook for 2 mins until softened, then add the garlic and cook for 1 min. Stir in the beans, mustard and lemon juice. Toss over a low heat until the beans are warmed through, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with the lemon zest to serve..
Baked Camembert with hot honey
1 Heat the oven to 160C Fan/Gas 4. Put the honey ingredients in a small pan and simmer gently for 2-3 mins until fragrant.
