AGELESS Passion

In 70 per cent of the cases of extra-marital relationship disputes coming to the Family Court, the age of the husband and wife is more than 50 years. As you approach the end of your middle age in life, women's libido declines and men start to find them less attractive and turn to adultery.

Menopause indeed affects sex life because, during menopause, both testosterone and estrogen levels fall, due to which the desire for sex also starts decreasing. But this does not mean that the situation cannot be improved. A doctor must be consulted as soon as possible.

Understanding your discomfort, they can refer you to sex therapists or marital counselors accordingly. With this, all the problems related to sex life, such as the problem of not getting the pleasure of libido and orgasm, can be handled.

Menopause does not mean the end of romance or sexual intimacy. Women's libido goes down due to menopause, and men struggle to ignite the same passion for their partner post-menopause, in bed, under the sheets. So, here we have suggested detailed guidelines for both men and women to enjoy sex after menopause. You can easily save your married life and avoid adultery.

Get A Good Lubricant

Vaginal dryness is common at older ages. Buy a good lubricant if you don't want it to hinder your sex life. You can choose from oil-based, water-based, or gel-based lubricants. Other cheap options are coconut or olive oil, although this can corrode the condom when climaxing, so try to buy a lubricant. If you try to do without lubricant after menopause, it can lead to painful intercourse and bloating.

Always Use Contraception
