FEELING LONELY

My husband passed away three years ago and, since then, I've moved back to Australia to be with my two daughters and grandkids. I thought I'd be happier and more settled, but even though I'm surrounded by whānau, I feel more alone. I don't know where my life is going since I lost my husband. What can I do? Diane, Brisbane

I'm really sorry for your loss. I can't imagine how difficult the past three years have been for you. It was very brave of you to move countries, especially during a period of grieving, so I commend you for that. I'm sure your family have been very supportive during this time too.
