She's had a busy couple of years, welcoming daughter Rose in October 2021 and most recently, Belle, in February, with husband Joe Swash. But now it seems that Stacey Solomon is ready to take some time for herself and get back into the swing of fitness. The Loose Women star, who lives in an Essex mansion dubbed Pickle Cottage with Joe, their three children, including Rex, four, and her two sons, Zachary, 15, and Leighton, 11, from previous relationships, has been sharing her progress with her 5.7 million Instagram followers.

STARTING SMALL

Stacey has been getting herself moving on the treadmill and cross trainer - but she's not pushing herself too hard at first. After one workout session, she shared, 'I said right I'll just do 10 mins [on the treadmill] and that's better than nothing then I thought might as well [go halfway from 10 to 15 minutes] then before I knew it... I did the whole thing!' The star continued, 'That mentality really helped me. And I'm so glad I did it. If you want to do something whether it's the washing up or a workout but you're finding it too hard to get up and go, be kind to yourself! Start small.
