For fans of the Royal Family, there is much to intrigue and be astonished by in Tom Bower's examination of the life of the Duchess of Sussex, leading up to her fateful meeting with Prince Harry, then to Megxit and beyond, in his Sunday Times best-selling book, Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the War Between the Windsors.
The book made headlines across the UK press in July and at the time of writing was about to be published in the US.
Tom was inspired to write it after watching the controversial Oprah Winfrey interview with the Sussexes back in 2021, when Meghan, says Tom, ‘was so inaccurate, I wanted to know what had happened in her life that she chose that venue to deliver these very well rehearsed inaccuracies about the Royal Family and about her life in Britain. And I think that’s what the book answers, it explains that wasn’t an aberration. In my view, she’d been constructing a fictitious narrative about her life for a long time.’
