How to write a letter to YOUR YOUNGER SELF

GET READY

It's difficult to write when you're in a noisy and distracting space. Look for a distraction-free environment where you feel comfortable, whether that's your office, your local library or the dining table. We recommend finding a shady spot under a tree and parking up with a pen, notebook and a cool drink on a sunny afternoon.

BE HONEST

Your letter is for you and only you (unless you decide to share it, of course). Lay your soul bare and be honest and frank - there's no point in being inauthentic. Tell it like it really is!

TREAT YOURSELF

If your tools of the trade feel a little uninspiring, why not purchase a pretty new notebook, pad or pen from your local bookshop?

DON'T OVER-THINK IT
