250g frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/3 cup (50g) sundried or semi-dried tomato strips, without oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
2/3 cup (70g) coarsely grated mozzarella
2 x 250g fresh dough balls (see note)
