While in Salamina, a town in the north of the coffee region, I went to Cafe El Polo for my morning caffeine fix before a busy day of shooting. The man drinking coffee against the deep emerald wall looked so picturesque that I asked if I could photograph him. He was happy to pose and I was so excited that I forgot to ask for his name! He told me that this cafe was a regular hangout spot for him and his friends.
