All of Prasad’s movies had a lot of pathos and melodrama and ‘Milan’ was no exception. Laxmikant Pyarelal rose to the occasion and produced a sparkling album featuring Mukesh at his best along with Lata Mangeshkar. The film became a big hit at the box office and the music won LP a number of well-deserved awards. All the songs were written by Anand Bakshi.
