"One of the first times I went mountain biking, I saw a mountain lion, in the Santa Monica Mountains," Tim recalls. "It was a reddish color and had super-thick ankles, so I knew it wasn't a dog. I was 40 yards away going slow, and it turned, looked at me and went down the hill.
