Mondraker place the Foxy Carbon RR in the enduro/ all-mountain category. It dishes out 150mm of rear-wheel travel, paired with a 160mm fork. What makes this bike different is Mondraker's 'MIND' technology - a telemetry system for setting up your bike and collecting GPS and suspension data that feeds to the 'myMondraker' app. Is this the future of bike tech?
THE FRAME
Four sizes are available, from small to extra-large. The front and rear triangle are both carbon fibre, as are the upper rocker and lower link of Mondraker's Zero suspension system. A neat little cover protects the shock from mud, dust and debris. Cables are routed internally, via the headset, which looks smart. Other features include a threaded bottom bracket shell, Boost rear hub spacing (12x148mm) and room for a 29x2.5in tyre. There's a down tube guard near the BB and chainstay protection. You don't get any internal frame or tool storage, but there are bottle bosses plus additional mounts under the top tube.
