Part Minority Report, part Psycho-Pass, this time-hopping detective series ends up being nowhere near as interesting as either obvious inspiration after three lengthy episodes. Hal Scion (yes, really) is a temporally talented ‘Supervisor’. In the domed city of Astrum Close, this euphemistic role sees Hal diving into residents’ dreams to play therapy cop, chasing the bad thoughts away and keeping criminality at bay via Simon-Says-Style minigames. Then there’s a murder.
