Tanya Tierney, the listing agent, agreed that it’s a great neighbourhood.

20 Chiswick Ave. is a linked two-storey, 2,021-square foot above grade home in Brooklin, a community in north Whitby.

A linked home in this particular neighbourhood is when the foundation of each home is connected, though it technically falls under the detached category of homes, Litchmore said.

He clarified that there are different styles and that linked doesn’t mean the basement walls are connected, but that there is likely a concrete slab that goes across the bottom of the homes.

This house offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an unfinished basement and a garage.

Walking through the front foyer, a prospective buyer would see a kitchen to the right, which has stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar and a garden door walkout to the backyard.
