The assembly constituency of Chandni Chowk comprises three wards — Chandni Chowk, Jama Masjid and Civil Lines. All of them have a significant chunk of trading communities.
While the corporation has been working on a mega parking project to cater to the needs of Chandni Chowk and Jama Masjid, autos, cycles and cars kept randomly on roadsides is a common sight. Locals TOI spoke to said the roads are so cramped “that not even two autorickshaws can pass each other”.
