New Delhi: Delhi has become the only Indian city to achieve the milestone of fully vaccinating 1.5 crore individuals against Covid-19. The number of people who have received the second dose on Wednesday morning stood at 1,50,17,733 out of a total 3,41,07,742 of total individuals administered the vaccine. More than 10.5 lakh third doses have also been administered in Delhi.
With the number of adults eligible for vaccination in Delhi is more than 1.4 crores, nearly 94% of beneficiaries aged 18 years or above have been fully vaccinated. Of the more than 10 lakh youngsters aged 15-17 years, nearly 81% are now fully vaccinated, and of the more than six lakh children in the 12-14 year group, 48.4% have received the second dose.
