He made a video for his family of the newly opened Pragati Maidan tunnel, which was thrown open for public use on Monday.
When TOI took a drive in the afternoon, it found that it took just two minutes from India Gate to reach Ring Road across Pragati Maidan. This represents a major relief to motorists going to Noida and Ghaziabad via the Delhi-Meerut expressway.
