AAP holds 60 street meets, hits out at BJP for 15 yrs of misrule in MCD' Mayank Makhija

The party held 60 street corner meetings across the city, said functionaries.

Drawing comparison between the public welfare schemes of the AAP government in Delhi and the “misrule” of BJP at the municipal corporations for the past 15 years, the star campaigners urged voters to back their party candidates.

“The prime responsibility of Municipal Corporation of Delhi is to manage the garbage of the city, but BJP has failed miserably. I ask you what has BJP done in the 15 years for the people? Their own leaders cannot name five of their development work. Look at the scheme of CM Arvind Kejriwal-led government — better schools, safe buses have been arranged for the public. Our local MLA has also done a lot of work for the public here,” said Sisodia, addressing a crowd in Harkesh Nagar where Mamta is the AAP candidate.
