Property agent realises Maseral areal

You will hear Mr Winston Soh's car well before you see it. The 32-year-old property agent drives a 2009 Maserati Gran Turismo 4.2, which is known for its powerful V8 roar.

He paid $133,000 for the sleek Italian grand tourer last July, with nine years left on its renewed certificate of entitlement.

"I have loved the Maserati GranTurismo since it was launched," Mr Soh says. "It is a symbol of beauty and class, and I always thought owning one would be a far-fetched dream. I was never the brightest kid in school and did not enjoy studying. I was rebellious and I do regret that a bit now."

After graduating with a business management degree from the Singapore Institute of Management in 2015, Mr Soh wavered between careers. He started out in information technology before moving to coffee chain Starbucks to be a management trainee.
