The Russian Embassy in Delhi has invited the son of legendary Biju Patnaik and BJD president Naveen Patnaik for the Victory Day celebrations on 9 May where it will honor Biju Patnaik for his valiant role in helping the Soviet Red Army in the battle of Stalingrad against Nazi Germany in the early 1940s.
The Russian Embassy has invited Naveen Patnaik to attend a special reception in recognition of his father's bravery on the Eastern Front during World War II.
