Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Rommel Francisco Marbil announced yesterday that his legal team is reviewing the recommendation of the FEO.
"I have it reviewed before I sign it," Marbil told reporters in a Viber message.
FEO records show that Quiboloy has 19 guns. The license of one of the guns expired in March.
