While passenger vehicle (PV) sales grew by 4% to 298,873 units in May 2023 from 286,523 units same month last year, two-wheeler sales last month rose 9.5% to 14,93,234 units, showed Fada's data. Commercial vehicle retail grew by 7% to 77,135 units last month and three-wheeler retail sales rose 79% to 79,433 units last month. Tractor sales also surged to 70,739 units, up 10% YoY.
