PRIME Minister Narendra Modi and other Quad leaders are expected to deliberate on the challenges and opportunities in the Indo-Pacific and other pressing global issues at their summit talks in Tokyo on May 24. Modi will be leaving for Japan on Monday to attend the fourth Quad Summit, where he will also hold bilateral meetings with the leaders of the other three nations that are part of the grouping --- the US, Australia and Japan.
"In the context of the Indo-Pacific challenges and opportunities, China and the issues we have with them are likely to be discussed," Foreign Secretary Vinay Mohan Kwatra said.
