Girls take the lead, outperform boys in Class X, XII C'garh board exams

RESULTS of Class 12 and Class 10 examinations conducted by the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) were declared on Wednesday, with girls outshining boys in overall pass percentage. This year also witnessed more girls appearing for the exams of both classes than boys.

Girls take the lead, outperform boys in Class X, XII C'garh board exams

The overall pass percentage of Class 10 is 70.05 percent and that of Class 12 remains 79.96 percent. 79.16 percent girls passed the Class 10 examination against 66 percent among boys. Similarly, 83.84 percent girls passed as against 75.36 percent boys in Class 12.
