THE special session of the Delhi Assembly on Friday passed a resolution mandating the Chief Secretary to continue to monitor the short and long term resolution of water and sewer problems in the city. During the session, Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar presented a report detailing the actions taken to tackle water problems in Delhi over the past week.
The lack of coordination between the Delhi Jal Board (DJB), urban development department, and finance department over the past year has inflicted significant costs on the people of Delhi.
