CUSTOMERS COMPLAIN ABOUT LONG WAITS
ROYAL Mail has apologised to a number of customers served by Plymouth’s West Park delivery office, after repeated complaints over late parcels and post.
A handful of St Budeaux and Barne Barton residents spoke out after numerous posts in their local residents’ Facebook group highlighted the issue. Some residents said they had been waiting up to three weeks for a parcel to be delivered.
One resident, Pete Squires, said he realised the incident was “not isolated”, after reading the Facebook post and he attempted to resolve the matter himself.
